My journey began in the classroom, where I spent over eight years as a teacher myself. I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed, stressed, and physically drained by the relentless pace of the job.
I’m a qualified health coach with a deep focus on nutrition, behaviour change, and stress management. But what truly sets me apart is my personal experience.
I’ve faced burnout, struggled to maintain my own health, and had to learn the hard way how to balance my professional responsibilities with my personal well-being. This journey wasn’t easy, but it equipped me with practical insights and strategies that you won’t find in textbooks.
